This is a pretty strong tincture! The first time I tried it I took a full dropper at about 4:00 pm. Within minutes I was very, very relaxed without a care in the world. And I could still feel the effect the next morning! I now take about 1/4 of a dropper in the early evening and everything mellows, anxiety lifted, and I sleep like a newborn with no fogginess in the morning. I was smoking flower previously but will probably stick to this tincture going forward. And as always, the ordering and speedy delivery were perfect.
